[Reservation procedure]
・To make a reservation, please fill in the reservation web form.
・After receiving your reservation request, our team will check availability and reply to you by email as soon as possible.
・If the farmhouses (and activities) are available, we will email you the necessary documentation and online payment link. If you have requested one of our activities, we will also email the link to a further online application form.
・Once we have received your payment (and application form), we will confirm your reservation and send further details about the farmhouse stay and overall itinerary.

Once we have confirmed availability, our team will provide a link to carry out the payment online.

[Cancellation Policy]
In case of cancellation, in whole or in part, due to the guest’s convenience, we reserve the right to apply cancellation charges as listed below. If the cancellation notice arrives after business hours (9:00-17:00 JST), it will be considered a next-day cancellation.

[Check-in procedures]
・For guests with a car: Please meet us at the farmhouse for check-in. The farmhouse address will be provided after your reservation is confirmed.
・For guests without a car: Please meet us at the Yamaura Stay counter inside JR Chino Station.
・Check-in time is decided upon consultation with our staff during the reservation process. Please make sure you arrive at the appointed time. In case of an earlier/later arrival, you may have to wait before we meet you for check-in.
・We will review your itinerary and ask you to sign a registration card.
・Foreigners who are not Japanese residents will be asked to present their passports.

[Amenities]
To reduce waste, we do not provide disposable amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, hairbrushes, and skin care products. If you need any for your stay, please make sure to bring your own.

[Access to the farmhouse]
・For guests with a car: Please meet us at the farmhouse for check-in. The farmhouse address will be provided after your reservation is confirmed.
・For guests without a car: After the registration is complete, our staff will accompany you to your farmhouse. We offer a free shuttle service between JR Chino Station and the farmhouses for check-in and check-out.

[Stay at the farmhouse]
・At the farmhouse, our staff will provide the necessary information about the lodging and its facilities. (For those who wish, we can also conduct a brief tour to share some interesting facts about the house architecture and history.)
・There are no keys at the farmhouse. The check-in staff will provide a one-time security code to unlock the front door.
・The staff will leave after the house tour. From that moment on, the farmhouse is all for you.
・In case of an emergency, you can contact our team at all hours. We will provide an emergency contact during check-in.

[Check-in]
・2:30 p.m. or 4:00 p.m.
・Check-in time is decided upon consultation with our staff during the reservation process.

[Check-out]
・Until 10:00 a.m.
・Check-out could not be any simpler. All you have to do is close the door and head to your next destination. For guests without a car, we offer free transfer back to JR Chino station.
・Check-out time for guests requiring pick-up will be decided during the reservation process.

[Price list]
・Prices are tax included.
・Prices for children 6 years old and above are the same as for adults.
・Prices for children 5 years old and under are as follows. Facility fee: ¥3,300/night (futons and towels will not be provided). Extra futons can be arranged for ¥4,950/futon. (These prices apply to stays from April 1, 2024).
・Long stay discount: We apply a 10% discount from the second night spent in the same farmhouse (no room cleaning until the 3rd night).

[Pets]
Pets (except for guide dogs) are not allowed inside the farmhouses.

[Smoking]
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside all farmhouses.
If you need to smoke, please do so outside.

[Use of fire]
As a safety measure, the use of fire inside the farmhouses is strictly forbidden.
All kitchens are provided with induction stoves, though, so that you can cook to your heart’s content.

[Dining]
We do not serve food in the farmhouses. However, our staff can arrange delivery meals, cooking experiences or taxi rides to local restaurants.
Please make sure to consult us and arrange your dining plan beforehand if you do not have a car.

[Convenience stores]
There are no convenience stores and very few restaurants within walking distance.

[Amenities]
We do not provide any pajamas or yukata. Please make sure to bring your own nightwear.

[Baggage storage]
We can store baggage for you before and after your stay in the farmhouse. However, we do not take responsibility for the loss or damage of any items inside your bags.
If you would like to send the baggage to us beforehand, please write your check-in date and name on the delivery bill and ship it to the address below. Please make sure to let the staff know in advance.
